Paul is a Graduate of Kutztown University of PA and the University of Virginia, where he received a Masters Degree in Urban Planning. Paul has worked and lived in Charlottesville since 1993 and possesses a wide range of market knowledge gathered through his many years as a licensed Realtor and as a Public Servant for the County of Albemarle beginning in the mid-1990s. His background is well suited for providing real estate services to a wide array of Clients.
